Billing, Subscription, and Payment Terms

Account Termination and Suspension

• Delete your account data if your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. Upon termination:

• We may delete your account data, though certain information may be retained to comply with legal obligations
• Sections regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution remain in effect

Updates to This Agreement

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles

• If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS, with arbitration to occur in Wilmington, Delaware
• You waive your right to jury trial and class action participation
